Hi Everyone,

Driving home to and from work the last couple of weeks, my TCS light has been intermittently flashing a couple of times and at the same time I hear a thump when I accelerated after stopping at a light, the problem happens intermittently, but is increasing in frequency. Also I have been hearing some metalic rattling in the last couple of days coming from the rear of the engine compartment when the car is in gear. It can be heard from the passenger cabin as well. It goes away when in Park or Neutral. I think my tranny is going. THis would be my second tranny, the first time my tranny failed 2nd gear would not engage and the engine just reved. This time the symptoms are different. What do you guys think? I had the oil jet recall done about 6 weeks ago and had the PCM replaced and the 60000 mile service done last week. I started noticing the problem a week or two after the oil jet installation.

hmm... did u check your tranny fluid levels? goddamn,....

well i've had my fair share of these glass trannies... i've also been reserved about getting this "oil jet" kit installed on the tranny..

think i'll just go with an aftermarket tranny and save my trouble.
