Sluggish after transmission rebuild

Is it common for these cars to loose power after a transmission rebuild?To me it should be the other way around.Is there anything i can look into?

Is there hesitation? Or does it just feel slower? Check the fluid level.

Transmission shifts nice and firm,but it feels slower under normal driving conditions.
