I got the oil jet recall about a month ago, but if seems like the tranny has gotto worse and worse. I called the dealer to get it removed but they said, it was a safety issue and can not remove it. is that BS or what and how can I get it removed because the oil jet kit is crap and useless

I don't know about removing it, but here is the TSB posted by maaloxmoment (thanks!) that may help you to see what is installed...

Folks...
As part of the auto tranny 2nd gear recall, Honda Motor of America provided the NHTSA (Nat'l Highway Traffic Safety Admin) copies of the Technical Service Bulletins that it provided to its Honda and Acura dealerships on the process of inspecting the tranny's and installing the oil jet kits. The link to it for the 01 CL is above, but the process is nearly identical for all affected models. To find the procedure for other Honda/Acura models, goto nhtsa.gov and click on the Recalls link, fill in the appropriate info and it'll give you the TSB for your model assuming you're part of the recall.
