CL/TL Is problem fixed in the replacement tranny?

CL/TL Is problem fixed in the replacement tranny?
Does anyone know if Acura has fixed the Tranny problems in the replacement transmissions? Or is it the same transmission, which is bound to have the same problems?

So looks like people haven't been getting fixed replacement trannies, but shouldn't it be about time to install those now? At least in a few weeks/months they should start getting fixed replacement trannies together?

I know a couple of folks that are happy with their replacement trannies (recent).
You can look around and find others that are on #4. A look for copland007 would point the way to there being some kind of "problem" with some replacements (is it the replacement transmission or "related" subsystem/part like: ECU/PCM, solenoids, other sensors, etc?).
Perhaps it's time to ask what was replaced -- besides the transmission -- when people are moving to their 3rd (or later) transmission...
