On the way home tonight, on the freeway making about 60, I let off the gas to let a car move over into my lane. Did not touch the brakes. Check engine, VSA and exclamation point lights came on as soon as I let off the gas and they come back on after stopping the engine then restarting it. Guess Acura gets to fix something else under warranty.

Hope it is not related to my new tires (they are wider but a tiny bit smaller in diameter, only 1 or 2 %).

OK - let's move this to the Transmission section.

Well, yes it does sound familiar...
Light display is just a little different with the new tranny computer / ECU.

Transmission blew on the way to work this morning. Would not climb that last hill. I turned off the engine for about 5 minutes, restarted and was able to get it over the hill and out of rush hour traffic.

I'm averaging 25K miles per transmission. Today's mileage 49,270.

Acura sent a tow truck and the car was gone 30 min after calling the 800 number.
