3rd tranny gone.

3rd tranny gone.

i'm on my third tranny, and its gone, I know its gone, got all of the tranny oil all over my drive way. Anyways, i was wondering what will happen after my third tranny, still only get the 100k warrenty? I was wondering if u guys know what will happen to me. Like any info at all. Still paying off the car and this is happening, god dam it sucks.. please any info would be helpful and useful. Thanks guys.

p.s. i have 75k miles on my car, do u think Lemon Law can do anything for me????

I doubt you'll get the Lemon Law because the Trannys have supposedly been fixed as of Jan 2003.

You received your 2nd Tranny before August 2002 - so far the 'youngest' tranny that died was born in October, 2002.

you really think i can go for the Lemon Law? I have almost 80k miles on my babie....if not Lemon Law then what else is there?

In WI .. lemon law is only good for the first year of ownership .. 4 attempts within the first year.

4 transmission on a car with only 75,000 miles is entirely tooo many. Legal action should be attemped in this case. Sure the lemon law is only in effect for a certain length of time, however 4 is entirely too many.
