When the first one failed, did the replacement unit come with any sort of a warranty? I ask because I had a factory remanufactured transmission put into a car of mine maybe ten years ago, and the reman came with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
If your replacement tranny came with a warranty, and you're still within the warranty period, you should be good to go. If not, I would shop for a quality remanufacturer in your area.
