2003 CL type S tranny problems?
I have a 2003 CL Type S. I researched the tranny stuff and vin info. My vin falls outside the faulty vins. When my car changes gears from 2nd to 3rd, the revs jump 100-200 or so rpms before it drop the revs when it moves into
3rd gear. The other night, I was driving 25 mph through a neighborhood and had to slow for a right turn, and then slight excelleration and then slow for a left turn. When I took the right turn, I applied very little gas and felt the car litterly vibrate like I was sitting in a massage chair for about .5 to 1 second and I let up on the gas. I coasted into the left turn, and then applied a little gas and got the car to vibrate for about 1.5 to 2 seconds before I let up on the gas. The car then changed gears and no more vibration.
So those of you that had tranny problems, does this sound like the beginning of tranny issues?
I am the original owner. The car has only 40k miles on it.
