I'm pretty nervous about this transmission defect CLs had. I started noticing that my car has some jerky shifts between gears, is this normal? I just had the 75K mile service done at the dealer and they did not say anything - would they?

Should I just go in and try to get a new tranny?

if your car is warmed up from running and you still feel it...then its not a good sign.... i havnt experienced it on my cls yet, but right before i got my acura..i had aprelude with a tranny problem....and it was the same exact symptoms you had even though the car was warmed up.....then after a week, the tranny completely went out..
