The newer wheels are 5x120 vs 5x114 which you have so no.

I believe you need spacers on top of wheel adapters. Looking at spending about $150 for decent ones.

i doubt you'll want spacers. stock CL rims are 55 offset. I don't know the new TL rim offset but i'm sure its lower then the CL

You wouldn't need adapters plus spacers. All you need is adapters unless you want to push the wheels further out.
