will a cls rub with 04 tl wheels with a eibach pro kit drop?

Yes, but you can cut bumper tabs to prevent it. And if it still does, rolling the fenders will be sure to fix it.

actually no smart ass for others it may or may not for various other reasons and wanted to know if anybody else had any other input.

Dude, there has to be at least a dozen threads on this topic. Some cars rub, some don't. I got lucky with my car.

You will rub if u use the stock struts. Biglizard is running the same setup with stock shocks and a hugh subwoofer box so he rubs a little. He's going with tokico struts and rolled fenders.

Stealth CL was running the same setup, but with tokico struts and i don't think he rubbed.

Basically, get new struts and roll the fenders just in case and you should be good.
