Will 225/45/18 rub on 18x7.5 45 offset + H&R OE?

My proposed setup was this:

225/45/18s on 18x7.5 rim with a 45 offset
H&R OE Springs + Tokico Blue Shocks

Does anyone think this will rub? What would be a better configuration? I've searched through the threads and have found mixed reviews about 225/45/18. Some people have rubbed on it stock, others are fine with a drop more extreme than OE.

I know the other popular solution is to find 235/40/18s, will this be a better setup? I really want to keep the 45 aspect due to potholes and shady roads.

Please advise, thanks in advance
