Why are enkei wheels so cheap?

I was looking for some wheels and i thought enkei made really good wheels, why are they so cheap on ebay? You can get some nice look wheels for like $600 bucks and I saw these ones below for $295, brand new. WHats the deal with enkeis?

Believe it or not, if you take off the stock 2001 rims (don't know about 2003) the inside of the rims say Enkei. So our stock rims are Enkei, and those are certainly not cheap (between $300-$400 per wheel)

Enkie wheels are Mass produced and are even offered on some autos as standard equipment. Most wheel companies make wheels only for the aftermarket, so they make more, so prices can be lower.

Enkei carrys different category rims. From Racing and Performance to Luxury. Enkei E365 NT03 M Wheels are like $350 each retail. And thats only for 17 inch. 19's (if they make em) might be like 500 each.

No Enkei makes them, hence the wheels are stamped with the Enkei insignia.
