I know this is the suspension section(the dynography section hardly hahd any views/replies), but I want my CL to have a deep..mean tone without spending big bucks..since I'm a college student working part timee I dnt have money to blow.

On youtube I have seen CL's/TL's saying the did a mid muffler delete&it sounds great(what exactly is a mid-muffler delete?)

Also, glasspack exhaust that I've read on google..suppposedly make it have a deeeeep agressive revv. They go for 30-70 dollars

Which is better?

A mid-muffler delete is essentially removing the small muffler between the cat and the mufflers in the exhaust system and replacing it with a straight pipe. There are mixed results on how this sounds on the CL, some have said it sounds great/better and some say it makes the CL sound like a tin can. A mid-muffler delete works best on the TL but not as well on the CL because the TL has an additional resonator between the cat and the mufflers.

The usual route people go is replacing the stock mufflers with magnaflow mufflers. But of course that is much more then simply removing the mid-muffler.

I haven't heard of any CL members on here with a glasspack exhaust on their car so I cannot comment on that part.

What is being removed is it the resonator?

(My friend said he can just straight pipe my car and it'll have a deep tone)

It wont have a deep tone, it will rasp and sound like a Civic with slightly larger balls.

It's the mid-muffler. Just look under the car along the exhaust piping. You can't miss it. The CL does not have an exhaust resonator.
