had vibration problems with all my wheels between 60 and 75 MPH when i bought it. rotated tires - still had problems, but could notice differences between each pair of wheels when they were on the front. neither dealer in my area would look at it. refused to rebalance the wheels. sh!t heads.
i found a local michelin dealer with a "Hunter Road-Force" wheel balancing tool. this is what you need. this tool measures vibrations in the wheel/tire assembly while rotating with pressure applied to the tires (tread area). the tool has a rotating wheel that the tire spins and applies pressure to the tire when balancing. a computer which measures various forces from the tire/wheel and the rotating wheel during this process.
it took half-a-dozen attempts to get them all balanced properly. they had to remove the tires from the rims, reposition them on the wheel to balance the wheel heavy spots against the tire heavy spots, and then re-bead the tire and re-fill with air and add new weights. the tech on my car had to get the "Road Force Variation" down below 10 on all 4 wheels until the vibrations were eliminated. i have no idea what a Road Force Variation of less than 10 means, but if you take your tires in the tech will probably understand it.
i went to a michelin dealer so that if anything was wrong with the tires i didn't get the "you have poor quality tire" crap from someone trying to sell me new tires for a new car. i also took the wheels off the car and only took the wheels/tires to the shop. this way i kept the focus on balancing the tires - not figuring out what else might be wrong with the car. i was "only" charged $10 per wheel. not bad, but still bummed because the local acura sh!t heads wouldn't honor the warranty. a$$ holes.
i'm hoping that i don't have to go through this every few months. but i won't know until i have the car that long!!!!!!
good luck.

you're right. the vibrations do suck.
i went to a local, non-franchised dealer. the name is Yingling in Westminster, Md. unfortunately they're only a local shop. good people to do business with. never complained. just kept trying till they got it right.
try contacting Chris Miller of Hunter at: Yobdoog@aol.com. when the guys at Yingling were struggling with my tires i contacted Chris. he was willing to recommend one of his "better" Hunter customers. unfortuantely his recommendation was over an hour away so i kept working with the guys at Yingling.
contact Chris. i'm sure he can recommend someone in your area.
good luck.
