Toyo FZ4 on CL-P
Finally gave up on my stock tires. Espeically whenever i swtich from my Miata to the CL..it was just too slippery.
Anyways, went to the shop that did my tires and wheels for the Miata. They managed to put on P225/55/16 FZ4s on stock rims. It looks PHAT
All for $433.70 installed. Was the maximum i could afford after modding the Miata to the max.
Anyways, the wait for alignment and oil change was 3 hours..so decided to do it next Wednesday.
First Drive:
STICKY! (Compared to the stocks which had 19K on them) Taking the crazy 10E exits are so much 'nicer' now..no where near the Miata's stickiness, but its a huge improvement in terms of grip.
However, on the drive back..noticed car tends to lean right. Any ideas? Maybe the alignment will fix it? Didn't used to happen with the stocks.
Was intending to break them in over the weekend, but guess I'll wait till after Wednesday. If anyone want pics, lemme know. So far, I like them (for the price!).

Well, it was time to get new tires...and i have decided to stay with Toyos.
Just put on a set of Toyo Proxy4s...much better than the FZ4s.
If anyone want pics, let me know..
