took a 20mph curve at 80mph!

getting off the Champlain bridge near where I live, there was always this nice paved corner that was there for anyone to just test out their handling.. I'm really not the type to take corners fast or try those do or die "experiments" with my car... but yesterday, I was racing with my friend's VR6 corrado and I took the corner freakin' fast, a little more than 80 mph, which is very fast for me anyways.. Bottom line, I recommend tein ss and 19's !! haha no way in hell I would of made it without those 2 mods

just sharing the experience!

your rim can not be over 8 inch wide or else it would not fit under the car without rubbing.

17-18-19's can be had in 8 inch width's.

I know. Rotational mass is the killer. I meant for grip, the 19x8 is great. I think really, I just like the looks of the 19"s.

thats just it...LOOKS.. and that is it... The tire is what keeps you planted, not the RIM... and the 19's take some tiny rubber band tires...

ok ok.. just so no 1 is confused... the 19's did not help.. the tires and suspension did all the work.. and I am saying that I am surprised the 19 inch tires grab that well.

moved to Wheels, Tire and suspension forum.

cheers to you... but I would track the car to test the limits... if you push too hard the Cl's rear end will kick out on you and you just might screw your car up if you hit a curb/guardrail.
