Looks like a good deal .
Its the third gen TL rims (17'') , but the tires are big . Wondering if they will fit .
P235/45 .
If they will I'm picking them up tomorrow . 2 of my tires are completely bald, and the other 2 are pretty bad.

I have 2004 TL wheels on my car and they fit just fine with a 235/45/17. The wheels are 8 inches wide with a +45 offset, so they work with no rubbing on some CL's, but not on others..each car's suspension is slightly different. If they rub, you can roll the fenders in the back and you should be just fine.
Oh, and if your car is not lowered, you have nothing to worry about other than a 4x4 look.
