tire issue....
Well, I have a question and I need some advice...
My two front tires are basically messed up.... they have no tread left and I need some new ones... the last time one of my back tires got a nail in it and I needed a new tire... it cost me 300+ for just one new one... and I was forced to buy it, because the tire place I went to said that no other tires would fit on my rims except those... well since I need new ones on both my front rims... I realized its prolly gonna cost like 600+ just for those.... cant I almost just get 4 New tires and rims for almost that much or close to it... and please I know nothing about cars.... can anyone reccomend any good combo of tires and rims for my car close to that price to get, if thats a better idea... or can anyone recommend a place to get two new regular stock tires for real cheap so I can fix this problem??? I really appreacite the advice... I have an O3 CL Type S Auto... with 26,000 miles...

What size tire are you looking for? Sounds like you have some kind of odd sized rim if they want that much for tires. If you have stock rims you can get good tires for a whole lot less than $300 a pop.
Take a look in the black market, there are usually some good used rims.

When I needed 2 tires, I just bought a couple of yokohamas in the stock size (and load rating)...
I need a full set now.... I've got a print out from tirerack (with shipping costs) to see if the local place will price match...
Where are you ?? Do you need all season tires ?? Check the tire forum for more threads on tires...
