Strut is gone.... what to do???

Strut is gone.... what to do???
So i had a creak coming from the back of the car when the suspension moved and it's been getting worse... And I noticed when I turn left there is more sway... and the creak comes from the back right strut.

I took the wheels off and greased everything 2 xs with lithium grease and then the thick lithium grease and today it still creaked..

So should I replace the one or both rear struts???..

Always do struts in at least pairs.

yes... and when i turn the wheel the car has sway more than normal and the rear bad strut area just started to creak a week or 2 ago... so i'm thinking new backs and a progress rsb and new links and i should be good.
