SOS... H&R question .

Ok guys i need some help . I have H&R sport 50103 springs on my car . Unfortunatelly i got them by mistake was going to get H&R OE . Any way i do like the way they look like , but there is a problem ......now i have to drive much slower than before avoiding anything on the road . Today i hit my car with the ground and i think that the header pipe is cracked .
There is one guy from the forum offering a trade. He have H&R OE and offering to exchange his front springs for mine so i may pay only 150 dlls for the install and leave the rear ones the way they are...... bc my concern is the front SET .
Can i do that ? I think the rear set from OE and sport is different . Two different tipe of products. This is my first question . The 2nd one is CAN I USE like extra set of dumpers on my front springs or any product is available to raise a level a lit os bit in the front ? ANYONE ????

No you cannot do that. Springs are matched to work together from the factory. Using different springs with different spring rates will adversely affect the safety of your car.

The trade between a lower car is drive more carefully. If you can't do that, don't put an aftermarket suspension on there.

I have the same springs 50103 and I have never hit anything, you need to watch where you are driving. If you were to install OE springs on the front you have have a weird looking reverse rake, plus has niteqwill said it would handle weird

I have tokico HP shocks which are designed for the CL, however springs are what stop your car from going down. Shocks are what keep your car from bouncing after you hit a bump

I love my springs and im sure others will agree that H&R are one of the best springs available for the car. Why didn't you return the springs for the OE if that what you wanted.......

How the hell... I've had the H&R springs on my car for 18 months and i've never bottomed out. Holy hell. Slow down. I drive in DC all the time and have never had that problem.

I never said that I'm driving 35 mph over a huge Holes in the road
Holes are not the problem any way , the problem is uneven road (uphill/down hill spots)
