Riding lowered = Broken upper ball joint. Need camber kit Advice.

After hearing some clunking and creeking for a while, I put my car up on the rack and found my upper left ball joint is busted. I also noticed while I was underneath the car that I have way too much play in my front swaybar and endlinks. The bushings are noisy and shot too. But that's an easy fix. It's the camber kit/ ball joints that are complicating things.

I'm currently 3 inches lower than stock on F2's. The first month I had the coils I was an inch lower... and it was too low. I might have done this damage then. I mean I was hearing a bang over most big bumps.

My concerns are that I thought the ball joint camber kit (Ingalls part #35590, 35591) would be a good upgrade and fix my problems. But I'm reading all about the problems that the ball joint upgrade have with really low cars. Basically it's not going to work for me.

So I though ok I'm going to need the low profile arms instead. (Part# 39203/39204, & 39207/39208.) More money than just the ball joint... but whatever if they work. I've heard good things about them, plus I'm brand loyal to Ingalls after using their parts on my Integra's for years. I came across this thread saying don't buy them???...

Well don't buy unless you want to make some permanent adjustments to the upper shock tower area. It seems like when you ride really low it's not going to be as simple as bolting on a new arm and calling it a day.
I see member Ground Custom bumping threads with these same concerns with no responses. We need help. Some advice would be great.

So my question is to you fellow members with slammed rides and front camber kits. Which kit do you have? Did you have to make any adjustments to your shock tower to make it work? I'm probably going to buy one of the complete arm kits. Which one is best for fitting wide wheels?
Or if there is something better please put me on. Thanks!

This knocking and creeking is driving me crazy now that I know were it's coming from...

Someone who is really low and using a front camber kit please point me in the right direction.

Or am I already on the right path with the ingalls upper arm replacement and a little shock tower "adjustment"?
