I have an '01 CL-S that had some pretty scuffed up rims when I bought it. I got some TL-S rims for $400 with newer tires, thinking they were the exact same. Little did I know....

So I've had the orig rims in the garage for over a year now wanting to have them refinished when I had the dough. I finally did it this past week and they look sweet. However, this whole time I've been watching Craigslist and eBay for some orig CL-S rims that were in really good condition. Nothing... except for eBay but the dipshit wants $900 for the set plus shipping.

So I pick up the rims and like the way they look, even though they are all one color, not the slight two-tone of the originals. I like them but I decide to check Craigslist just to see.

Wouldn't you know it, but someone posts four CL-S rims in perfect condition that they had replaced with 18"s as soon as he bought it. Essentially brand new... and for $425. I just paid $400 for the refinishing, which I like, but goddammit. This is what I've been looking for for 12 damn months!

Sorry, but I had to vent somewhere (I didn't think the Craigslist seller would appreciate me telling him he's an asshole). :-)
