rear lowering spring is lower on driver side than passenger side

I bought Tien- S, 1.6 drop springs for my cl and its been about two weeks since installed. The lower spring on the left side is lower than the right side is that due to shocks need replacing, springs , or the gas tank . The guy who installed them said thats due to the gas tank sitting on the driver side but i think different, any comments please?

yeah, we measured both side and its a 3/8 difference so it might be a bad strut between the two.

The gas tank isnt situated on one side of the car, its spread evenly on both sides.

Its possible he didnt put the springs on the perches properly. How much of a difference is it? Pictures?
