Problem with rear spring rate with coilovers, help please.

I recently installed Megan Racing coil overs with adjustable dampers.
The rear is set on the softess setting but it is so stiff it beating the crap out of me and the car. The front are nice. I purchaced the softess setup they offer for street use.
The rear spring rate is 6kg. I talk to them and they say that is as soft as they offer. The stock rear spring rate is 224lbs. what is 6kg in lbs?? Do you think 6kg
is to stiff?
My car is a 01 CL-S.

Thanks for your help.

set your shocks a little stiffer....if the shocks are too soft and paired with a pretty stiff spring, going over a bump will result in more oscillations instead of just one and result in you feeling like your organs are going to pop out of your body =D
