please help with my dilemma

Hey so heres the deal:

Spring time is coming and I have a set of aspec rims that I want to put on. The problem is one of the rims clearcoat is peeling it off and it looks horrible, blackish in color. My aspecs are 18 by 8. I have a chance to pick up a 18 by 8.5 aspec rim. I have been having trouble finding just one 18 by 8 rim. Anyways I wanted to know if I put 235 40 18s on all the rims including the 18 by 8.5 and put the rim (18 by 18.5) in the back , would it cause any problems? Would like your input, thanks!

I wouldn't mismatch just 1 rim, if you can find 2 of the wider rims you could pull it off, but having just 1 wider rim is going to make the ride of the car feel unbalanced

i wouldn't be able to live with myself with one wheel different, lol. why not have the wheel refinished, probably the same cost as a new wheel.

yea one different wheel (in any way) is not only weird, but it'll throw off the suspension/handling of the car.

Thank you everybody for the replies, I think I'm going to try to powder coat the wheels, rather then trying to find two aspec rims that 18 by 8.5, that will probably be highly unlikely.

The rims also have some bad curbage too, what would would the estimated cost be to fix the curbage and powdercoat them?
