Yes. I installed a Rotora BBK on a 04' TL and put the stock wheels on without spacers. The 04' TL BBK is the same kit used on the CL except for the brake lines. The 04' TL wheels are lower offset than the CL and spoke design seem to have more room for the BBK.

I have a 2003 dropped CLS 6mt with 05 TL wheels and the Rotora BBK and it clears by a mile. no rubbing issues either
