Option A versus Option B

I'm finally going to lower my car this Friday and I can either get brand new Teins installed for three or used Eibachs and used stock cl struts installed for the same price. My car has about 99,600 miles on it. Which do you suggest I get. If possible can you list the pros and cons. Shortly after I plan to get some 19s.

i have the eibachs and they're great. good ride, and stability...

the only "complaint" i have is that its supposed to be 2 inch in front 1.7 in rear. i have 3 x 12" subs in the trunk and it is lower in the back than the front b/c of the weight... looks a bit funny

about 1 inch lower =\
