I'd say gold. Bronze just looks like dirty gold to me.

i'd think a bronze would be nicer than gold on black. but i have seen gold work nicely on black.

white with gold looks pretty hot too.

but forget it, im just going to refinish them; fix bends, curbs, chips. maybe clear coat it for more shine. thanks for all the help!

EXCEPT they're gunmetal....

gunmetal vs mercury silver (i will add clear coat to make them shinier)

Bronze,

but the only way to match the Volk bronze it to anodize, hopefully i'll be dropping my TE37's tomorrow at the anodizer to get them anodized Bronze. I'll let everyone know how the process wentand whether or not its worth it.

If your going to get it powdercoated or anodized bronze, the closest color i've found to the CE28N bronze is:
Clariant's Olive Brown 2R

ehh i didn't buy them to paint them. they're used, and not in super condition. they're in great condition, and i do have a few scuffs, and a few bends on one of my wheels. looking to get them reconditioned and i currently have an option of changing the color of the wheel.. powder coating.

Gunmetal and silver should be easy, but they anodize the wheels to get the bronze color which is hard to duplicate, partially due to the refraction of the color between anodizing and powdercoating.

Clariants Olive Brown does a good job matching the VOlk bronze, well under the bright conditions that I compared the two that is.

The anodizing place mentioned a $1500 set up fee if they don't have the dye on hand so that was a downer.

For powdercoating try Islands Powdercoating
in El Monte. 1322 Santa Anita Ave. So. El Monte CA 91733

The guy i've been talking to is Lupe (626)-279-2460

I have some TE37s there now but im going to sell them and put the money towards rebuilding my supercharger kit and getting some piggyback and tuning everything.

Try this place for anodizing:
Danco Metal Surfacing
401 Rowland Ave
Santa Ana, CA 92707

Never used there service but I talked to them and was recomended there by someone else who used to work there.
