Are my tires going to rub?

Currently I'm on 19" R-1 Racing "Hype"Rims with Dunlop Direzza tires sized 225/35/19.

Will this set up rub?
225/35/19
Eibach Pro springs
Koni yellows

Or should I go with this?
225/35/19
Tein H.Tech springs
Koni yellows

Random website says it has a high positive offset, and with my knowledge... I have no idea what it means numbers wise.

Online I've seen the offset listed at 35 and at 40. Is there a way to find out the offset like measuring or maybe listed on the wheel itself?

Offset like the rest of these guys said. I am running a 20'' staggered setup 20x8.5 F and 20x10 R and i do not rub even over the harsh bumps with people in the back. I will be getting lowering springs put on when they arrive in 2 weeks so we will see if anything changes. I have my rear fenders slightly pull to accomodate the 10s in the back.

Offset is everything with these cars. You can have 2 wheels that are the same size and width. One could have no rubbing problems what so ever and another could have the rear quarter panel sitting on the tire.

My fronts are 225/35/19. The rim width is 8.5. Im lowered on eibach pro kit with stock shocks no rubbing at all, and i still have at least 1.5" of play. But as for the rear im running 235/35/19. Width is 9.5. I only rubbed when i have passengers in the back. I have to roll my rears soon. Haha. Hope dis helps, nd i dnt kno my offset either...but. it fits real nice
