KYB GR-2 Gas shocks/struts???

I noticed KYB offers a shock for our CL: GR-2 model (part # - front 341257, rear 341258). These are less expensive than Tokico or Koni.

Does anyone have any feeback on this shock? With a lowered ride, would this be a good shock? Or should I stay away from it?

Always looking for ways to save a dollar, and not compromise quality/performance...

Thanks

I dont know how much the KYB's are.. but Tokico Blues are hard to beat at around $275ish for the whole set. I got my set off ebay for $225 shipped to me . If you think about how long they should last ( life of the car?) the cost issue becomes easier to swallow. You can save a ton of $$ by also doing the labor yourself, or trading your buddies some beers for their help.

As stated above go with the Tokico Blues. Those KYB shocks aren't that much better from stock, if I'm not mistaken.
