I contacted Koni North America to get clarification on the maximum amount of drop the Yellows could handle and how many spring perches each had.
Max Drop: 1.5"
Spring Perches: Front 2; Rear 3

Just contacted Hitachi Automotive Systems about the Tokico Illuminas.
Max Drop: 2"
5 Way Adjustable on top of shock.
Koni Yellows also have a rebound adjustment on top of the shock but it has infinite positions and is adjusted via a knob.
