so i installed some tein comfort sport coilovers today and looking at everything I notice the camber and caster (a bit i think) and toe are all out of wack.

is this normal?

when i get an alignment is this all gonna be fixed up and whatnot?

tomorrow I'm going to get the high all perfect where i want it and then tweak the camber as best as i can by eye for now.

but i noticed the ingalls adjustable control arms are rubbing the side of the frame a bit so i can only go so far. :-(

i'm still getting a bit of a clunking noise over decent bumps on the right side... so i can only imagine it's still rubbing on one side up in there.

anyways... some knowledgeable input would be gratly appreciated.

 

and i'm getting a banging noise from the front right area now?? any thoughts.

 

WELLL one of the ingalls upper control arms i installed was hitting the frame a tid bit..

nothing a grinder and a diamond blade cannot fix!

anyways all is well now. and tomorrow i'm getting the full alignment done and rear camber kit added on. So i am happy as can be.

total bill is going to be just under 1500.. I am very very happy with the result.

 

I was looking at the same set for my 01 CL. How much work was it to install the coilover set?
