Help Needed! - Rubbing issues after coilover install!
Hey guys my smart butt posted this in the 1st gen section.
Anyways, I just installed my F&F Type Ones today. The drop was just where there is no wheel gap. I got an alignment with it but it still has a lot of rubbing in the rear. Also, my rear fenders are also rolled already.
They recommended 2 options:
1. More negative camber
2. Cut/take out the fender liner
I'm thinking of option 2 as I don't want to be replacing tires more often than I need. My question is how hard is it to do this and will it be worth it? Meaning will it cause any type of damage down the road?
Any suggestions would greatly help!

Wheels are 18x8.5 e.t. +42 <~~ should've gotten +35 because it's not as flush right now
and nope, did not shave the bumper tabs. Don't have tools for that. If anyone wants to help me out with this, it would be great!

Yeah it's the rear tabs that's rubbing. Got a dremel? You'll need one with a metal cut off wheel. I did it so long ago I can't remember what it looks like from factory but basically where the bumper mounts to the body, you need to remove this and mount further back....
You'll see a tab with a screw, remove the screw and cut the tab off with dremel. The more flush the wheels, the more material you need to remove (tire size also is a factor)
Then about an inch or so further back, drill a new hole through the 2 pieces and using nut and bolt, reattach the bumper to the body.

I thought the fender liner was to prevent rust or something when the wheel kicks up water/dirt?
