i am trying to find out if the A-spec suspension for the 04/05 tls would fit on a 2nd genration CL TYPE S. i have been told they ride like a champ compared to stock it is about an inch drop fnt and rear. and one could easily get them now from dealers parting out with the A-spec kit..
my original take was to go with either 1)suspension setup Tein SS kit with EDFC
(2) H&R Sport Springs & Bilstein Sport shocks
Here are the Part Numbers:
Front: BE5-6580-H0
Back: BE5-6581-H0

The A-Spec suspension does not work on the CL-S

The Tein SS do not work with the EFDC. Only the SS-P do.

I have the same shock and spring combo. I was actually the first to put the Bilsteins on the CL. I have no complaints about them. 12K miles and still going strong and handling well.

I just did half of the suspension on my car, thanks to you NiteQwill for the instructions.

We ran out of time because we did my friends car first and we didn't really read the instructions....

But is there a reason the EDFC only works on the SS-P?

I believe the EDFC unit hits the hood on a CL with the stock pillow mounts.
