9" wheels will NEVER EVER EVER FIT on a CLS without major body work.
Depending on the offset, 18x7.5 might work. Let us know the offset and we'll tell you. Knowing Giavanna, I'll bet it's +45 which is ok for the CLS so long as it's not slammed.
