General Exclaim UHP?
Are the General Exclaim UHP's a directional tire? Will I be able to rotate them as needed, front to back, side to side, or criss-cross?

Yes, they're directional. You can just swap them front to back. For what it's worth, I've had them on my car for nearly 60,000KM now and they still have tons of life.

I hv had them..They hv the best tread life and look good..Only drawback was that they had a slightly softer sidewall..Cudn't push them too hard but great bang for the buck..
