ksports squeek, but i usually drive with windows open or music loud enough that it's not noticeable. it's only if you're literally driving with windows up and no music that you'll hear squeakage.
in fact i haven't noticed it in awhile.
i've read though that there is a fix on getting rid of the squeaking noises by buying spring isolators or something from the acura MDX (available at dealerships) there's some threads about it.

If you want a spring/shock combo look into TEIN, H&R, Eibach or Tanabe springs with TOKICO shocks.

on my buddy's supra running ksports, the coilovers are insulated (rubber), and they did not clunk at all on any bumps we encountered on the road...
on my previous setup on my cls with TEIN SS, they did clunk on certain bumps in the road...is this because of the insulation issue? not sure if this is a legitimate reason...can anyone chime in on this? might be useful to OP also...

ahh ic, thanks for clearing that up...good info

I'm running Tein SS coilovers with pillow mounts. I get a little "clunk" over sharp bumps, but no squeaking.
There is always a trade off for performance, I'll put up with a little clunk for because of the much improved handling.

tein basics-pretty quiet. i noticed some slight squeaks on certain bumpbs with my stock setup thoguh so in prespective its actually less than stock
love them by the way!
what i did is take the shot piece of rubber from the stock setup and put it over the top as added protection to help out with bottoming out etc. my mechanic recomended after years of working at a place that did civics and stuff. it cant hurt and it just adds a small amount of rubber protection in addition to what the teins come with.

Same here. It did clunk a little when lowered but its more frequent now. It sounds like the spring raises off the mount and slams back into it when the suspension returns. Does that make sense, I thought i would have less noise since the spring is more compressed since the car is raised.
This noise is driving me crazy. Is there anything I can do?

eibach + stock no noise on my cl
recently got my apexi and 1 rear squeeks esp. with my 19's on (stock wheels on have noise every so often) when i go over sharp bumps.. esp. those reflectors that seperate lanes.
my buddy's e46 eibach + tokico does the same... sharp bumps it makes sounds.. esp on the LA freeways....
not sure what the problem is...
