Question Camber angle chart

I remember seeing a chart somewhere that listed how much your camber changed with chages in the amount lowered. I have searched, but cannot find it.

I want to order some control arms to fix my negartive camber issue but have no idea with option to select as Ingalls lists two. Option one has an adjustment range of -2 to +1.75. Option 2 has a range of +1 to +4 degrees.

Which one do I need?

i don't understand why a kit would only offer to adjust into positive camber numbers, that will not handle at its best.

oe CL specs are :

fr : 0°00' +/- 1°
rr : -0°30' +/- 1°

just for fun ..

04 TL
fr : -0°30' +/- 30'
rr : -1°00' +/- 30'

04 TSX
fr : 0°00 +/- 45'
rr : -1°00 +/- 30'

04 NSX
fr : -0°20 +/- 10'
rr : -1°30 +/- 10'

OEM are for even wear, too much ain't good, but a little negative is more fun in curves

Thanks, but this is not quite what I was looking for. The NSX sure has tight tolerance.

I had seen a chart somewhere listing at a 1" drop what is the camber shifted to, at 2" drop etc. I am trying to fugure out how wide a range the control am will have to adjust.

And... regarding the +ve camber adjustment... I don't get that either

yeah i know i was not helping with this, but just wanted to show the oem specs to compare, if you are 1.5° negative, it ain't that bad and tires won't wear by the interior that much compared to stock given the more fun factor in curves

i still don't get that +1° to +4° kit though

So what do I need to do to make my tires NOT wear so much on the inside, and allow it to handle fine? I have TEIN SS and 245/35/19 fronts with 225/35/20 rears, usually with a 1 finger gap. which should i get?

There is no set amount of change for a set amount of drop. It will be slightly different from car to car.

The best way to figure out how much you need is get an alignment, and see how off your camber is. Then you can figure out which set you'll need.

I actually spoke to someone at ingalls a while ago about the same question you have, which kit to get. He said the +2 to -1.75 kit will handle UP TO about 2.5" drop and the +1 to +4 will handle 2" or more drop. Hope that helps.

For me I went with the first kit since I didn't want to be SLAMMED, but still pretty low. Its worked out great. Plus for some reason the first kit is cheaper than the more extreme one. UltraRev has 'em for $205 for both sides.

I chatted with IAP today and they suggested the kit with the bigger range as they thought that it might be marginal with the first kit. Price is the same... and the only down side is that if I ever return to stock springs, the +1 to +4 will not be able to produce a zero camber angle.

I'm not sure if I understand this... my thinking was that it would be pretty linear and predictable, and not individual vehicle dependent, especially with the same model.
