Cool buying new tires for cl-s wheels

would a 245/40/17 fit with no problem i want a lower side wall fatter tire or 215/45/17 or 225/45/17 can u help please ...

225-45-17 you can do 235 but thats a bit wide for a CL

225/45/17 will work, but your mileages will be off. When the speedometer shows 100 mph, your actual is probably 97 mph, and it will causes ur odometer to go off as well.

hmmmmmmmmm jus a thought wat bout 215/50/17 in da front but 245/40/17 inda rear watcha think or jus 215/50/17 all round

May want to all search this subject.

The correct up size is 235-45-17. There's ZERO problem running this on CLS rims. You will not ever rub since the rims are +55 offset.

I've had 3 CL's & each had at least 2 sets of 235-45-17's.

thats correct if you run stock height, or a mild drop. anything lower than that and you will rub. htown tried it out.

why dont you use dat lil search function up der at da top dawg. just buy 235/45 all around. end of story.

On stock CLS rims? I never heard of that. Even dropped 2+inches.

I'm running 235/45 on my TSX rims which are also +55, same as stock, and have a 1 finger gap and I've never rubbed. If it was slammed, I could see the potential of rubbing in the back.

i am about to put neuspeed race springs on whih are a 2.2" drop and i was wanting 235's, so you think it would be fine?
