Bridgestone Potenza S03's Installed *PICS*
Replaced my S02's with S03's last week.
These tires are amazing. Quiet and sticky. And they certainly ride worlds better than my worn out S02's.
They are a little wider even though they are the same size as the last set. I had to roll the rear fender a little more to make them stop rubbing when going aggressively around corners or over bumps.

These are much quieter than the worn S02's... and they ride much better too. They do a much better job of absorbing small inperfections in the road than my old set... I wish I could remember how the S02's were when they were new so I could make a better comparison though.
So far, quite satsified. And they handle GREAT!

Just give them 6-months and the quiet ride will definitely change a bit. Awesome tires though. I had them on my stock wheels and went to the track with them. I felt VERY planted around corners. I was easily passing TT's and even a Boxster-S. I know, I know, the guy probably couldn't drive to save his life. Nevertheless, on stock tires I would have been in the woods. If you listen carefully on hard cornering, the tires will let out a subtle "sliding-squish" sound to let you know they're getting close to their limits. I guess it's the car rolling the tire over on it's sidewall a bit. Have fun!!

guru, i've had s-03's on last year june thru oct. outstanding dry grip, very good wet grip. going back on today for spring/summer/fall. this tire greatly enhances other suspension mods (springs , struts, sways) in both dry and wet conditions

Awesome tires! I've had S0-3's...Loved them...my harsh driving only gave me about 8,000 miles on them though. But man did they stick. I was running them on the stock CL-P rims too...225/50 R16's I believe...Even with the fronts almost slick they stuck to the wet roads of Alabama springtime like they were brand new! Just go easy on them, and they should last for a good 15k miles...
I replaced mine with Sumitoma HTR+ and still got a very nice ride for almost half the cost of the Pole's...

$1070 for everything including road hazard, lifetime balance, and tax. I considered it a fair deal and I got to support my local economy.

ubet.
I got to drive these new tires in heavy rain in Dallas this past weekend.
AMAZING. Honestly didn't feel much different than dry conditions. Whatever Bridgestone is doing, they're doing it right.

Hey guys, those who have had S03's, what was your treadlife like? Like I said before I drove the shit out of my set and only got sub-10K mileage off of them...But I really don't think there's anything to compare to given price. I'm running Sumitomo HTR+'s which are great but the wet traction sucks hardcore in the very heavy rain...Sure you could go with a $275 Michelin Pilot...but who's got $1200 for a set of tires every 6 months? $275 * 4 = $1100 + mounting and balancing and alignment = Around $1200...
