I have ordered some AXIS MILANO 19s.

Someone told me that if I lower my car with those rims that I would have a rubbing problem.

Can anyone either prove or disprove that statement?

something about the smallest width being 8.5 i think.

i have already ordered the rims and put dow a deposit so i am kinda comited now.

i have seen one other CL on this site with the same rims, but the guy hadnt had it lowered.

i have seen other AXIS 19s as well that have been on cars that are lowered.

just wanna know if i am gonna have any major issues.

any information would be greatly appreciated.

You should find out what the offset and width of the of your wheels - this will determine if you will rub or not.

I don't remember the exact wheel specs for the Milano, but I think you will rub if you lower your car. Most people on here with 19" Axis wheels have 19X8 with a +45 offset and typically don't have rubbing issues. But the Milanos are 19X8.5 and I believe have a lower offset, but I'm not sure. 45 is about the lowest you really want to go on the CL...and that's with 8" wide wheels.
