take off the wheel, look at the hub of the rotor (where the threads come out) and you will see 2 phillips headed screws... If they are loose, you will be able to take them out easily. If not, then you will have to make them come out. i used a chisel and cut into the left side of the screw and hammered down to get it loose (made sure that it would be counter clockwise spinning). Once off, pull off the old rotor and replace following the reverse order...
Oh and you will also need to take off the caliper and bracket before you will be able to take off the rotor... Its a 17mm for the bracket and i think a 15 for the caliper bolts...

for the phillips screws.. just try to twist them out with a normal good fitting screwdriver.. but while twisting , hit it with a hammer for a slight vibration impact.. do the same while putting it back.

... or you could just save yourself some time by investing in a $10 impact screwdriver from AutoZone. It's worth it. I bought one because my screws wouldn't budge at all and it literally took a second to loosen them with the impact screwdriver.
