17x7.5 +48 off set is this will fit on 03 cls?

Kenny used to have the Tenzo R's that look exactly like the 5zigens.

7.5 width and +48 should be fine.

Yup, that's a perfect offset for a 7.5" wide wheel. You can drop the car as much as you want.
