55-70 Wheel shimmy?

I just put on nineteens and havent really taken the car past fifty five but ive noticed that when im getting there the steering wheel seems to go left and right a little bit each way, but when i go over 70 it stops, improper balancing perhaps?

I had the same problem with my stock wheels. Same thing. After a certain speed (65) it would go away. Then I put my new wheel/tire combo on and it went away. I'd have to say improper balancing, or the hub could be corroded and not allowing the wheel to seat properly.

check your balancing, and make sure the tire is round with now flat spots
