19" will it fit / rub
hey all.
will 19x8 rub with a 245/35/19 tire?
offset is +42
everything about the suspension is stock, except for the slotted rotors ofcourse!

had 19x8 with 235/35/19's lowered with eibach pro-kit. no rubbing with very little clearance. just changed wheels to a 19x8.5 offset +45 with same size tires. fits the wheel well nicely with no rubbing. Might have to shave the wheel wells to fit the 245's.

Yeah it might, I had 235/45 with 19x8 +45mm and it would rub with my system in the back and large dips. Probably will just have to roll/shave the inner fender lip in the back, the front will be fine unless your car is slammed.

I liked how the 19's looked better than 18's, but they rode worse and tended to get bent/cracked.
If I could have found 19's that were forged and only cost the $700 I spent on 18's I would have bought them, but I couldnt.
If your roads arent bad I'd go with the 19's, but if the roads are pothole ridden 18's might be a better choice in the long run.
