broke bolt

Riped apart everything for p2r thermo upgrade and broke a TB bolt in the manifold.
I assume using 3 bolts would create a leak or will it ?
I thinking I'm going to drill it out if not.

Has anyone now/before had only 3 TB bolts and no leak ?

I think you should make your own Build thread and post all these questions in there rather than make a new thread every other day

Also, I would answer your question but i do not have an answer for it

So why say anything ?

It's all together now and it seams to be fine idling.
I have not taking it for a ride yet but, there's no flucuating rpm's.
And while it was apart the whole intake and TB was cleaned again.

I am saying this because it reduces clutter. I myself have my own build thread that i use to post all my questions in.

If i were you i would do it right and get a new bolt to replace the broken one

Do you have any threads visible? If you can, lock two nuts onto the bolt and and unscrew it from the manifold.

I did do that thats why it snapped .
It came all the way to the threds are just barely sticking out the back.
A couple more turns and it would've been all good.

One bolt isn't going to hurt. I did this on accident to my ol' cl. I didn't fix it till miles later. Never had any leaks.

Being on the TB i would replace it. If it starts to leak you are going to have serious RPM issues.

i did this to one of the manifold bolts on the engine. luckily when I took off the mani, i had half an inch of thread so I screwed it out with locking pliars. but i bought an extractor kit just incase i needed to take it out that way

i over torqued a bolt when installing my pressure plate and broke the head off it. so now i have threads stuck in my flywheel. i plan on using an "easy out" to get it out. just havent had time to deal with it.
