Replace worn seats?

Replace worn seats?
The leather seats in my 01 type S are worn to the point that the foam is sticking out. Looks really impressive when there are passengers in the car.
I replaced the drivers side from a salvage yard in Tampa. Now that the passenger side is shot I can't find one anywhere in the continental US.
I am aware that the dealership carries seat bottoms but they go for $444 and that does not include installation.
Any suggestions??

I replaced the whole seat and it worked like a charm...I have been in touch with upholstery shops and it will cost a fortune to replicate the leather with those @#$! pinholes that wear so fast. I had one of the first G35's to come out in 03 and it did the same thing.
You can replace the OEM leather but it is very pricey...

Consider getting quality fitted sheepskin seat covers (before the foam pokes through)?
I don't have sheepskins because I'm nice to my leather, and so far it's aging well (01 CL-S, 106k). Actually if it wasn't perforated, I would prob have sheepskins, as I would stick to the leather.
