problem with seat motors

Alright, here is the situation...

I have a 2001 CL Type-S and it has been treating me well. One constant problem that I always seem to encounter is that the seat motors, which move the seat back and fourth,up and down, sometimes seem to die out. I am not sure if the motor on both seats are going or maybe a loose wire? I do not think its the motor because they seem to stop working, and then sometimes they will work again.

Sometimes it feels like I have to warm the motor up. I will try and move the seat back and it wont budge but if i move the lever back and fourth a few times, it works. Maybe the motors are going...but I wonder....

The passengers side seat bottom part does not move, but the backing of the seat does. I considered going to the Acura dealer but I do not want to spend 100 dollars an hour for labor costs.

Any suggestions would be ectremely helpful
Thank You
