Passenger Seat

I have a 2003 cl, it's been great so far but I have been noticing that sometimes when the passenger seat goes forward (like when somebody from the back gets out) it does not go back to its original position. I know if there is any object blocking it will stop but it is clear.
Does anybody has had this problem?

Thanks.

Yeah on occasion it's happened to me. It's so random, & thought it was some feature making it not go back. Just never knew what.

Hey

Thanks, I was worry about something going bad. So It will be better wait for the seat to go back to it's normal position and then close the door.

Thanks again.

I have a similar problem on my cl. Even when I pull the passenger seat to go forward it wont move! It only moves when it feels like it, I hate it. I've been noticing that it only moves in the afternoons and weekends.. lazy bum. Would the dealer actually take car of this?
